When our pool expert arrives for your Service, you can expect a live water test of your pool water. Our state-of-the-art equipment will generate a report, and we can add the necessary chemicals to your pool at this time. Our Pool Maintenance includes:
a. Vacuum the pool.
b. Introduce necessary chemicals.
c. Analyze and balance water chemistry.
d. Clean the coping and the waterline.
e. Clean and backwash the filter as necessary.
f. Clean skimmer baskets and pump basket.
g. Check to ensure the pool equipment is operating properly and report any defects to the homeowner as well as the service department.
Additional Services will need to be scheduled with our Service Department as a future appointment. Want to stock up on essentials? You can even purchase chemicals from the Chem-Mobile during your scheduled appointment!

Please check below to confirm that you understand the following: Our current Services are exclusive to homeowners with a Fox Pool or Fox Pool & Spa Services installed pool. Fox Pool & Spa Services reserves the right to reschedule your pool service and repair, deny service, charge additional fees if necessary, and reserve the right to adjust the price of service. Please check below that you understand the price listed is only 50% of the total cost. You will be expected to pay the remaining 50% after the pool service and repair is completed. Once check-out is complete, a Service Team member will call to schedule a date and time. Installation is scheduled as a first come, first serve basis. If additional service is needed, additional charges will apply and will only take place if the schedule permits. Any additional time spent on the job will be billed to the homeowner at $85 per hour. If additional service is needed between visits, additional charges will apply and will only take place if the schedule permits. Chemical purchases made by a Homeowner from the Mobile Inventory in our Service Vehicle will be totaled and finalized in the final invoice emailed within 24 hours of Service-end. Fox Pool & Spa Services will assume the responsibility of introducing necessary chemicals to the Homeowner’s pool during the appointment based on the water test report, and availability of chemicals from the Mobile Inventory. The homeowner is responsible for checking and maintaining the pool between weekly visits and will have provided guidance and instructions to follow based on Fox Pool & Spa Service’s reports. Fox Pool & Spa Services is not responsible for the water chemistry and cleanliness of the pool between weekly services. A credit card on file is required to schedule, and for any additional charges as mentioned above. Fox Pool and Spa Services reserves the right to decline service based on the condition of the pool upon the first visit. Cancellation Policy: All Service Cancellations are requested to be within a 24-hour timeframe of the scheduled service. All Services cancelled after the 24-hour timeframe will be subject to a standard $75 trip fee that covers travel and equipment costs for a standard operating day. Unique circumstances to this policy can be considered and are at the discretion of Fox Pool & Spa Services to waive. Fox Pool & Spa Services reserves the right to cancel and reschedule service if Fox Pool & Spa Services deems necessary. Once the date and time are established, it is non-negotiable; a cancellation phone call will need to be initiated at least 24 hours in advance by the Homeowner for Cancellation fee to be withdrawn.

You are not required to be home for this Service. However, the Service requires access to your backyard/pool, so we ask if you will not be home to please inform our Service Crew beforehand how to gain access. Please leash animals/keep them inside to protect our Crew!

We ask that you courteously let us know if you need to cancel your delivery or water testing atleast 24 hours in advance. We understand there are emergencies, and will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Please note: If a scheduled Service is cancelled after the 24 hour mark, Fox Pool & Spa Services reserves the right to charge a standard cancellation fee.

No, by scheduling a Chem-Mobile Service you are agreeing to a live water test and standard pool maintenance as outlined above. Any additional Services (renovations, equipment repair, liner replacement, etc.) must be scheduled as a separate appointment with our Service Department.

Chem-Mobile is a one-time service performed within a one-week timeframe. We would be happy to schedule you for routine weekly visits if you so choose. Please note: Fox Pool & Spa will arrive for Service and your credit card will be charged weekly unless noted otherwise.

If your water test generates the need for chemicals, we will confirm your permission to apply chemicals to the pool. You will be charged for the chemicals applied. You may also purchase chemicals for stock from the Chem-Mobile.
